Job Description

In this role, working for Planned Lifestyle Services, the qualified candidate will manage the flow of guests and residents into the client site. S/he will manage administrative requests from residents and uphold the security of the building by maintaining records of visitors and building activities. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and be professional, dedicated, reliable, proactive and responsive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet, greet and direct residents & guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Serve as the company/property ambassador and provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Manage administrative requests from residents, i.e. maintenance requests and lockouts
  • Verify and record visitor, contractor and vendor information
  • Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments and or mail/packages
  • Alert residents to arriving guests, vendors and deliveries
  • Answer calls professionally and assist callers with directions or instructions for the building
  • Monitor lobby traffic/CCTVs for suspicious activity; address when necessary
  • Maintain logbooks for visitors, contractors, keys, elevators, incident reports, and daily activities
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, guests, managers and colleagues
  • Keep communal areas tidy
  • All other job duties as requested

Required Qualifications:

  • Hospitality/concierge experience, or strong face-to-face customer service experience within a professional services setting
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills as this job requires frequent interactions/communications with residents, guests and property managers/Board of Directors
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to anticipate, identify, address and prevent problems appropriately
  • Ability to address conflict in a calm and professional manner
  • Excellent decision making skills and the
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team
  • Fluent in the English language, second language a plus
