  • Create, lead and maintain site health and safety and security programs, including develop and Implement new initiatives to improve EH&S performance
  • Participate/Lead Plant Safety Committees
  • Participate in and lead site PSM program
  • Conduct root cause analysis of EH&S incidents.
  • Maintain site Emergency Preparedness Master Plan (EPMP), organize and implement drills
  • Complete Required EH&S Reports
  • Management Representative for RC14001
  • Manage Industrial Hygiene Programs
  • Coordinate EH&S Training
  • Maintain EH&S Records
  • Purchase/Maintain safety equipment (PPE) inventory
  • Maintain Hazardous Waste records including copies of waste manifests and hazardous waste generation volumes
  • Site lead for employee fitness for work assessments, including drug testing and physicals Regular Schedule: 8-hour day shift - 5 days per week - Monday to Friday Additional hours as required. **This job is based on a ladder structure and the job level (salary) will be determined by the quantity and quality of your experience. **This position is located in Philadelphia, PA. Qualifications Essential Qualifications:

        • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field required, engineering degree highly desired..
        • Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial environment required.

        • Requires minimal supervision.
        Desirable Qualifications:
