Job Description:OUR CUSTOMER:
Healthy and Performing Populations 2025 (HPP2025) Base
Operational Medicine Clinic (BOMC) Development Support.
The primary function of the (HPP2025) program is to
manage the requisite changes to achieve the Air Force
Medical Service strategic vision that “our supported
population is the healthiest and highest performing
segment of the U.S. by 2025.” The principal problem
statement/opportunity addressed by the HPP2025 program
is the need to plan and execute a decade-long campaign
to proactively manage the health and performance of
beneficiary populations so as to achieve the strategic
vision.
The objectives of the HPP2025 program are the
definition, design, development, deployment, and
evaluation of the requisite systems identified in the
Human Performance Concept of Operations (CONOPS): the
Air Force Medical Home (AFMH)’ the Human Performance
Operations Center (HPOC); and the Clinic Innovation,
Test and Evaluation System (CITES) to include the Base
Operational Medicine Clinic (BOMC).
The goal of the HPP2025 program is to deploy these
systems starting in FY 2018, giving the Air Force
Medical Service a 7 year campaign period to realize its
strategic vision. The desired end state is that our
supported population is the healthiest and highest
performing segment of the US in 2025.
**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

POSITION DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Health Services Administrator shall analyze relevant
Air Force Medical Service business processes to guide
project goals and strategies. Duties will include but

are not limited to the following:
  • Shall have strong coordination, organization,
teaming, and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in: Air Force
Medical Service management; hospital administration
and practice; strong understanding and experience in
contracts and financial management; quality
management; and human resource management
  • Knowledge of human systems integration is desired
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in one or more of the
following: health care administration, hospital
administration, public administration, business
administration, business management, or other
business-related equivalent
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in one or
more of the following core functions: group practice
management, medical resource management, healthcare
administration/ management, medical logistics,
health plan management, or healthcare information
management and information technology.
  • Experience specializing in quality management and
process engineering in a health system recognized as
emulating a High Reliability Organization is
preferable
  • Lean or Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
preferred
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft software
programs which include: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint,
and Project Word documents, Excel spreadsheets,
PowerPoint presentations
  • Must be able to travel if required
  • Must be US Citizen
