Purpose of Position: This position is responsible for configuration and administration of the Enterprise Content Management Platform built on SharePoint technology. This position will work closely with the other key positions – such as IT Infrastructure, Application Development, Help Desk teams, and internal business partners - to ensure that the application solutions effectively support the business needs. Position Essential Functions: • Provides application technical administration and maintenance for business solutions built on SharePoint platform including 3rd party solutions. • Provides creative and technical support for the development of new ideas and application design approaches to meet customer needs with SharePoint. • Follows company governance policies and SharePoint best practices using SharePoint and Microsoft technologies. • Evaluates projects, develops requirements and prepares specifications from which solutions will be developed and implemented. • Advises and educates stakeholders in solving problems using accepted methods and tools. • Security administration, providing proper permission levels • Supports sites built on SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013. • Manages installing, patching and upgrading SharePoint farm. • Reviews and deploys custom developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages. • Configures SharePoint services and settings. • Configures all service applications like Search, Metadata, User profile synchronization, office services. • Documents SharePoint configuration and architecture. • Manages timer jobs dependent on business requirements. • Manages site quotas and file size limits. • Reviews and monitors usage reports, as well as event logs and performance monitor parameters. • Collaborates with DBA team to manage content database sizing and creating new ones as required. • Administers and maintains sites and sub-sites. • Manages the site layout structure and content. • Provides SharePoint support to end users. • Supports Company’s commitment to a culture of safe work practices. • Other duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective system operations.

Development experience preferred. • Experience with SharePoint 2010 & 2013 configuration and administration as well as knowledge of out of the box Microsoft SharePoint features is required. • Knowledge of information security and systems administration. • Knowledge of Network Load Balancing, Active Directory, IIS, SMTP and impact on SharePoint configuration. • Experience with the following applications Nintex workflow, Nintex forms, Sharegate, and Varonis, tools is preferred. • Experience in the following programming languages and tools is strongly preferred: PowerShell, Microsoft SQL. • Proven ability to function in a highly cohesive team environment to complete department goals and act independently to accomplish personal responsibilities. • Demonstrated ability to lead technical work on cross-functional projects. • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. • Proven analytical skills with information systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
