      • Serve as command consultant for contract quality assurance with responsibility for directing, developing and implementing quality assurance policies that support contract surveillance management.

      • Plan, develop, organize, evaluate, coordinate and improve comprehensive quality assurance program for large-scale service contracts, state-of-the-art technology, and frequent changes in scope and technical requirements.
      • Manage assigned contract programs and award fee evaluation functions in relation to Federal acquisition regulation specifications.
      • Implement policy and procedures on quality related functions for staff and operational components of the organization.
      • Serve as key technical advisor for evaluating proposed quality management system.

      SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:

      GS-07 : Successfully completed 1 year of specialized experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, the general experience must have been at the GS-05 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service.
