Maintain coalition status through coordination of all required activities and deliverables to the NETL contract, including alternative fuel price report, annual petroleum displacement report, monthly regional calls, and duties outlined in DOE contract with direction and oversight from the Clean Cities Manager.

  • Design and implement new programs in response to stakeholder demand.
  • Accomplish energy coaching targets and goals established through the Refuel Colorado Fleets Program.
  • Coordinate new programs or projects with assistance from the Clean Cities Manager.

  • Recruit new Clean Cities Coalition stakeholders, board members, and cultivate current stakeholders for increased retention.
  • Conduct targeted outreach to fleets in order to increase petroleum displacement numbers.
  • Participate in relevant discussions with organizations and associations located throughout SC4's territory.
  • Travel SC4 territory in order to reach stakeholders and build relationships throughout the state.
    • Bachelor's degree in health education, public policy, environmental studies, or related field.
    • Experience working in non-profit setting on program development and management, education and outreach, and advocacy.
    • Knowledge of air quality issues as well as alternative fuels is preferred.
    • Must have at least 1 year of demonstrated experience with petroleum reduction measures in transportation and familiarity with the Department of Energy Clean Cities Program.
