Who you are: You are a Sales & Marketing leader. You’ve personally lead teams before and have significant experience with both lead generation and sales.   • Possess confidence and ability to establish credibility and be decisive with other staff, customers, and independent sales representatives

Duties required are to find representatives for full market coverage, continuously rate, sort, and replace/improve rep coverage, alternatively, develop plan for direct selling effort with referrals, track pipeline and push follow up, keep probability and status of opportunities updated in pipeline software, visit reps periodically to juice their efforts, jointly develop NAFTA marketing plan, message, and execution, attend trade shows in region, assist inside sales in pricing, quoting, quote development manage large corporate accounts. Represent customer’s intent at Order Review and Design Plan meetings and project reviews. Attend runoffs at Drake and customer sites where required/needed. Advocate for the customer at Drake and follow up and visit with customers facilities.
