This position will be working as a part of an extremely dynamic team of professionals supporting all aspects of the School of Medicine and the creation of the infrastructure, process, and procedures for the Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine. This position will support work streams related to Operations including but not limited to Human Resources, Recruitment, Compensation, and Finance. Includes the tactical and strategic planning, tracking and managing of a highly visible, sensitive and multi-faced project. This includes logistics and planning, critical thinking, effective communication, problem solving, and quality assurance. Ensures assigned deliverables are met within scope, schedule, and budget, and are aligned with the expectations of key stakeholders.

Essential Functions:
Manages complex to moderately complex projects

Develops solutions that align with strategic direction and standards

Negotiates agreement on project schedule and budgets

Applies methods or recognized equivalents appropriate to the specific needs of the project/client
