Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures provides legal/general support to the firm's attorneys and their clients. Must be familiar with and observe the firm's established policies and guidelines. Must maintain positive contact with attorneys (both the firm's and outside counsel), support staff, clients and vendors. Observes confidentiality of client and firm matters. The candidate filling this position will work closely with associates and partners on all aspects of their practice as part of a close-knit team, and based upon demonstrated ability, will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and increasingly advanced tasks as they grow into the position. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage various projects and assignments;
Ability to assist attorneys and/or paralegals in preparing correspondence, documents and other legal materials;

Familiarity with basic legal processes and terminology a plus
