Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Director of Materials Management, the Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving and shipping all products for the hospital, and inputs inventory into the materials management computer system.

This position is represented by SEIU, Local 1107 and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have one (1) year of hospital shipping and receiving experience, medical supply knowledge or proof of medical terminology class.

Must have working knowledge of computer applications.

Must possess problem solving and recognition ability.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle confidential information.
