The family guest services department of Vanderbilt University Medical Center consists of a very compassionate group of employees who take pride in helping our patients and their guests. They genuinely care about those for whom they provide care, which greatly helps relieve pressure for the clinical staff. Quite simply, they are service delivery experts!

Your Role:

In this exciting role, you will be greeting and assisting patients, as well as assisting their visiting friends and families with things like directions. You will be handling routine customer service inquiries and problems, as well as maintaining professional communication with various PAS staff, medical center staff, physicians, and guests.

Position Qualifications:

3 years of relevant experience

Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. A great sense of empathy and compassion is a must to help patients’ friends and families going thru a difficult time.
