This position is part of the clinical team. This position is responsible for providing patients with friendly, efficient and timely delivery of Provider prescribed medications that have been filled by a licensed Pharmacist. Includes communication with insurance companies and involvement with problem solving and troubleshooting. In accordance with HIPAA regulations, this position requires full access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Such disclosure is necessary to perform the requirements of the job. Confidentiality of PHI must be maintained.

Manages multiple Sync patients and ensures they get the necessary medications each month.
Perform all duties, services and documentation in full compliance with organization policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, patients, and the public.
Enthusiasm for working as a member of a team in a rapidly changing environment.
Knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules and regulations.
