Job Description:
I) Job Purpose
Responsible for participating in the planning,
designing, and development of research/evaluation
projects. When part of a research study, carries out
interviews and other types of research. Analyzes data
using relevant and appropriate techniques in SPSS.Work
closely with divisions, outside collaborator(s) and
project team to develop processes for collecting,
analyzing, and reporting satisfaction, process, and
outcome data. Provide guidance to project teams to
identify and/or develop performance benchmarking and
outcome measures, data collection processes, and
reporting methodologies. Use Advanced Statistical
Analysis for forecasting and identifying patterns and
trends. Prepare and disseminate meaningful, user
friendly reports for use by the project teams to ensure
success.

Conducts research designed to measure consumer outcomes
across MHMR of Tarrant County.
