Essential Job Functions:
Attends work on a regular and predictable schedule in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned. Performs comprehensive assessment of patients' nursing care needs including physical, behavioral, psychiatric, and social needs (25%). Registration or Licensure Requirements:

Initial Selection Criteria:
1) Preferred- One (1) year of work experience as an RN in a recognized health agency, hospital, or health care facility, OR two (2) years of work experience as an LVN in a recognized health agency, hospital, or health care facility, OR a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program. OR as Referenced in the Department of Nursing’s Appointment and Promotion Standards for RN’s 2. Prefer one to three (1-3) years of recent experience in an inpatient facility such as acute setting, state hospital, state school, community program, psychiatric home health, private psychiatric hospital. Preferred 3. Experience with the Child & Adolescent population - preferred 4. Experience working on CAP Preferred. 5. Experience as direct care staff supervisor preferred 6. Stable work history preferred 7. Valid License preferred 8. Strong Computer Skills preferred
