The Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF) currently has an unclassified Human Services Assistant position in the Prevention & Protection Services Division. This position is located in the Wichita Service Center. The starting salary for this position is $12.35 per hour.
This position serves as a member of the Prevention and Protection Services (PPS) Family and Child Tracking System (FACTS) within the regional Support Services process. They maintain the FACTS System to ensure accurate information is documented in a timely manner. Data entered into this system demonstrates that activities meet agency and statutory requirements and is used in making critical decisions impacting statewide programs pertaining to child safety.
