Agents will help callers by taking their food order, asking if they want a side or dessert, and then placing the order using the client’s online application. You may also help callers by finding coupon codes for deals they heard about on TV or radio, checking on the status of their order, or transferring them to their local store locations.

Once you become an independent agent, Liveops’ client companies require you to complete the Liveops certification courses and their program-related certification before your business can start answering calls. There is a combination of self-paced eLearning courses and live virtual classroom learning sessions conducted via conference call. The certification takes approximately 10 hours and must be completed within 2 weeks of becoming a Liveops agent. The certification class will begin, October 30, 2017.
