You will be asked to work with a one team mindset across the CCA organization. This includes members from the Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics and Purchasing teams to drive effective business decisions and supporting solutions. You will need to be a champion of change for opportunities that motivate and result in effective business improvement. You will need to pursue methods of analysis that help convert data into actionable information driving informed decisions. You will be asked to assist in the development of Supply Chain Management tools, process and documentation that drive daily operations with a quality focused mindset.
