II. Teaching Performance
a. Teach a course load appropriate to their field or discipline.
b. Plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize documented student learning.

- Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering
- Two or more years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Prior teaching experience in higher education
- Knowledge of servicing, troubleshooting, and installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- PC literate
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of controls and Building Automation System for HVAC systems
Salary for this position is paid by course. Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include off-shift hours, evening and weekend assignments may be required of any position. All positions are subject to budget approval.
