Provide vocational planning services to clients, interview program applicants, examine records and behavior, assess client employability, administer and interpret vocational tests, develop employability plan, develop training and job opportunities, and assist clients to resolve problems related to training and employment services. Assist clients in job search including making referrals and facilitating job placement. Compile data for special projects or reports, as assigned, ensuring completion by specified deadlines and in accordance with established goals and objectives.
