The IT Infrastructure Engineer, Services Analyst works in the Information Technology Group and reports to the Senior Director, Global Infrastructure and Engineering.

The IT Infrastructure Engineer, Services Analyst role will work on the inventory control of all the assets managed by the IT Infrastructure team, administrate the budget allocated for IT infrastructure, oversee purchasing process of services and products required from the IT Infrastructure along with the contracts and vendors to support the operation and maintenance of all the IT infrastructure.

This role will be managing the financials, assets, contracts, budget and purchasing process worldwide.


  • Administrate the budget allocated for IT infrastructure and oversee purchasing process of services and products required from the IT Infrastructure. Enable management to make data driven decisions by providing clear and accurate financial summaries. Assist in the preparation and management of the departmental budget.
  • Provide a conduit for the communication between the Procurement Department and IT Infrastructure, between the Financial Department and IT Infrastructure. Respond to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors about inventory, contracts, budget and purchasing
  • Keep an updated inventory of all hardware and software under the responsibility of IT Infrastructure organization and ensure the accuracy of hardware, software and contract inventories information. Monitor the use of the budget for expenses and capital. Writing, submitting, and tracking purchase requests. Follow up service/product delivery by suppliers. Plan and execute the asset verification, investigate and report on variances, make necessary recommendations to resolve discrepancies, and update the asset register.
  • Manage and control the contracts established with all the vendors providing products and/or services for IT Infrastructure. Serve as the point of contact for vendors on contractual matters. Act as contractual “middleman” between vendors and IT Infrastructure team, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
  • Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents. Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal. Processing payments and invoices.
  • Prepares monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, executive presentations, detailed budget charts/tables/spreadsheets, as needed, in support of a variety of budgetary analyses and special projects. Organize monthly/weekly reporting and metrics as needed for Assets control, Contracts, Budget and ongoing Purchasing processes.
  • Partner with management, cross-functional IT teams, and finance personnel to understand strategic initiatives and how they impact the budget. Work with team members to effectively track results and explain variances on initiatives.
  • Quarterly forecast updates and annual planning; effective communication and presentation of financial plan to senior management, with interpretation of strategic goals and detail needed to support achievement of those goals.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum 2 years prior business administration and/or financial experience. Basic understanding of IT concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures
