The Department of Social and Health Services, Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) has both permanent and temporary Custodian 1 opportunities available at Fircrest Residential Habilitation Center (RHC) in Shoreline, WA. Fircrest RHC, is for people with intellectual disabilities.

Our successful candidate will effectively maintain a clean and safe facility with a positive and guest-friendly attitude that offers the guests an excellent experience.

Core hours are 6:30 am-3:00 pm Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday off.

What you'll be doing:
  • Clean areas assigned by supervisor in a timely and efficient manner
  • Dust mop and wet mop floors
  • Empty garbage cans and take garbage to and put into dumpster
  • Clean restrooms (sink, toilets, mirror, spot clean walls, partitions, windows, ledges and mop board)
  • Vacuum carpets and door mats
  • Sweep outside porches, steps, walkways and ramps
  • Wash walls, ceilings, vents, lights and windows inside and outside the building
  • Shampoo carpets
  • Scrub, strip, wax and buff floors

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a minimum age of 18 years old
