Lynn is currently accepting applications for the position of Senior Enrollment Operations Specialist . Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Enrollment Operations, the Senior Enrollment Operations Specialist, provides leadership in the utilization of business intelligence, data analytics, and information systems to support the development and implementation of the undergraduate, online and graduate recruitment plan. The Senior Enrollment Operations Specialist, alongside with the Senior Associate Director of Data Operations oversees the application processing, admission decision modules, student information systems for recruitment and admission, and queries designed to extract information to inform data-driven decision making. Furthermore he/she manages queries used to create and coordinate the flow of communication with targeted student populations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Contributes to the successful accomplishment of the university's enrollment objectives by working with the Senior Associate Director of Enrollment Operations to develop and implement a comprehensive student recruitment plan for undergraduate students which includes, but is not limited to, the following components: effective and efficient processing of applicant data, processing of applications and monitoring of the accomplishment of counselors' goals. Supports university student recruitment efforts by understanding the data stored in the student information systems database tables, and maintains the integrity of the data entered into the database. Maintain incoming student application records of students applying to Lynn University using various imaging and data software systems in order to compile applications for evaluation and record data for information tracking and reporting. Provides the data required to meet the needs of the Office of Admission by using query management tools, researching data requests to support enrollment goals and recruitment initiatives. Represents the Office of Admission by serving on various University committees and participating in appropriate state and national professional organizations. Identify and assist with resolving related processing and technology problems. Contributes to a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds. Processes admission decisions and prepares decision letters for undergraduate day, online and graduate admission. Participate in various on-campus admission events. Supervises student workers in the Enrollment Operations Department. Oversees quality assurance for documents in Perceptive Content. Assists admission counselors with application issues Sends information about prospective students to other departments. Contributes to the success of the Office of Admission by advising and assisting the Senior Associate Director of Enrollment Operations in all aspects relating to the recruitment and admission of undergraduate, graduate and online students and by performing all other essential duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of admission terminology and standardized testing practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, organizational and programming skills.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems used in higher learning is required. Experience utilizing Honsons Radius is preferred.
  • Experience with integrated student information systems and the utilization of data for analysis and assessment purposes is required.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and analyze data and the business process needs of the integrated functions of a complex administrative business system is required.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate data and business process needs between end users and programmers is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively solve problems independently.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule with flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
  • Demonstrated ability at planning and organizing multiple projects and tasks.
  • Ability to learn and apply institutional policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred. Three to five years of progressive admission and higher education experience preferred.
